We offer a full range of espresso coffee machine servicing and breakdown services. Coffee Wizard Services have been providing espresso machine servicing throughout Yorkshire for over 15 years. Formerly Water Wizard Services, our coffee machine service engineers have extensive knowledge and experience with all major commercial coffee machines.

Coffee Wizard Services is an independent servicing and engineering company. Each of our customers has a different brand or style of machine, which requires extensive skills and knowledge to service the machine in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Traditional Coffee Machine Servicing

Ensuring your coffee machine is serviced on an annual basis, reduces the risk of machine faults and failures occurring when you need your machine the most. There is never a good time for a machine to break down, however, maintaining your machine before problems occur gives you peace of mind. For businesses whose customer’s primary reason for visiting their establishment is coffee, this is a critical part of your regular maintenance for your machine.

Coffee Wizard Services offer a range of different service for your machine to suit your needs. Whether this is an interim service or a full annual service, we have a service option for you. 

Any Brand Of Coffee Machine Serviced

We can support all major brands of espresso machines from La Marzocco, La Spaziale, Expobar, and CMA to name a few, our technicians can help. Our team will service your coffee machines on-site unless a major problem is identified during the service. If this scenario does occur, Coffee Wizard Services will provide you with a loan machine to keep your business fully functional while we take your machine to our Service Centre for more detailed repair works.

Espresso Coffee Machine Part Service

The Espresso Coffee Machine Part Service includes the following:

• Replace group seals
• Replace shower plates
• Check general operation of the machine
• Clean group heads
• Check pump pressure and adjust
• Strip valves (non-ceramic) de-scale and re-washer
• Check boiler seal
• Check sight glass seal
• Check gauge operation/pressure test groups

Espresso Coffee Machine Full Service

The Espresso Coffee Machine Full service includes the following:

• Replace group seals
• Replace shower plates
• Check general operation of the machine
• Clean group heads
• Check pump pressure and adjust
• Strip valves (non-ceramic) de-scale and re-washer
• Check boiler seal
• Check sight glass seal
• Check gauge operation/pressure test groups
• Replace boiler seal
• Check element condition
• Check water softener
• Report on boiler condition (limescale build-up)
• check pump head and motor operation
• Strip clean and rebuild group solenoids

What Parts & Seals Are Included

Our team includes all standard replacement seals, washers, and shower plates as part of your service. However, non-standard service parts are not covered in our services. Our technician will be able to outline exact details during your call prior to the Water Wizard Team arriving on site. Refurbishment available off-site to include removal of group heads, flow meters, boiler and all associated pipework for full descale of the machine.
